8 Week Training Programme



Welcome to our AD5 Fitness 8 Week Training Programme!


You have the choice of taking part in our Home Training Programme, or our Gym Training Programme.


If you struggle to find time to go to a gym, or you don’t like the idea of being in a gym, don’t let that stop you – select our Home Training Programme.


If you prefer getting in the gym environment, then our Gym Training Programme is the one for you.

HOWEVER


If you can’t make the gym one day, or fancy a change of environment from your house to the gym – you can go between Home Training and Gym Training!
Just remember to follow the days and DO NOT mix this up.


Before you start your this 8 week plan, record your weight, body fat (if possible), and measure your hips, around your belly button, chest, both arms and both thighs.

Take before and after pictures (1 picture from the front, 1 from the back, and 1 from the side).


You can start this training plan at any point!
Just try and follow the days, and stick to the training programmes as much as possible for the duration of the 8 weeks!
