8 Week Christmas Programme



Welcome to our AD5 Fitness 8 Week Christmas Programme!


You have the choice of taking part in our Christmas Home Workout programme, or our Christmas Gym Workout programme.


If you struggle to find time to go to a gym, or you don’t like the idea of being in a gym, don’t let that stop you – select our Christmas Home Workout programme.


If you prefer getting in the gym environment, then our Christmas Gym Workout programme is the one for you.

HOWEVER


If you can’t make the gym one day, or fancy a change of environment from your house to the gym – you can go between Home Workouts and Gym Workouts!
Just remember to follow the days and DO NOT mix this up.


Before you start your workout, record your weight and body fat (if possible).

Take before and after pictures (1 picture from the front, 1 from the back, and 1 from the side)


If you have missed the start of our programme, don’t worry! You can still take part – simply just start on the most recent workout available!

    – in the email, confirm you are doing the 8 week programme, and confirm if it is the Christmas Home Workout, or the Christmas Gym Workout
  • when sending the email to reserve a spot, include the following information;
    – age
    – weight
    – height
    – transformation pictures (and we will get after pictures at the end of 8 weeks)
