Exercises
- Burpee Jumps
- Squats
- Squat Thrusts
- Squat Jumps
- Extended Plank Rotations
- Plank
- Press Ups
- Squat Pulse
Workout Format
- 30 seconds work on each exercise
- 15 seconds rest between each exercise
- 60 seconds rest after the final exercise
- Repeat for 3 sets
