Yoga Mat or Equivalent (optional)


Exercises

  • Burpee Jumps
  • Squats
  • Squat Thrusts
  • Squat Jumps
  • Extended Plank Rotations
  • Plank
  • Press Ups
  • Squat Pulse

Workout Format

  • 30 seconds work on each exercise
  • 15 seconds rest between each exercise
  • 60 seconds rest after the final exercise
  • Repeat for 3 sets
