    Plank Jacknives


  • Round 3;
    Russian Twists
    Flutter Kicks


  • Round 4;
    Leg Raises
    Legs Raised 6 inches from ground


  • Round 5;
    Toe Taps
    Heel Taps

Workout Format

Round 1

  • 15 seconds Mountain Climbers
  • 15 seconds Hill Climbers
  • 15 seconds rest
  • Repeat for 5 sets
  • 30 seconds rest after 5th set


  • Use this format for the remaining Rounds
