Workout Format
Round 1;
- 60 seconds Heavy Goblet Squat
- 60 seconds Lighter Goblet Squats
- 60 seconds Kettlebell Squat Jumps
- No rest between Exercises
- 60 seconds rest after Kettlebell Squat Jumps
- Repeat for 3 sets before moving to Round 2
