1 Heavier Kettlebell
1 Lighter Kettlebell
2 Kettlebells of the same weight


Exercises

  • Round 1;
    Heavy Goblet Squats
    Lighter Goblet Squats
    Kettlebell Squat Jumps

  • Round 2;
    Bob & Weave
    Single Arm Deadlifts – right arm
    Single Arm Deadlifts – left arm
    Bob & Weave

  • Round 3;
    Single Arm Thrusters – right arm
    Single Arm Thrusters – left arm
    Dual Kettlebell Thrusters





Workout Format

Round 1;

  • 60 seconds Heavy Goblet Squat
  • 60 seconds Lighter Goblet Squats
  • 60 seconds Kettlebell Squat Jumps
  • No rest between Exercises

  • 60 seconds rest after Kettlebell Squat Jumps

  • Repeat for 3 sets before moving to Round 2
